Bradley Cooper and Emma Stone are two of the hottest movie stars in this generation – Stone has been steadily gaining audience recognition and critical acclaim since her break-out hit ‘Easy A’ in 2010, and Cooper has become an A-list star thanks to the gangbusters performance of the ‘Hangover’ movies. Now, it is being reported that the two could reunite in Cameron Crowe’s next film, previously titled ‘Deep Tiki’.

Deadline first reported this news, saying that after a ‘lengthy search’, Crowe has finally found his leading man in Bradley Cooper. Stone was already attached to star as the female lead, and Sony Pictures will be making the film and distributing it, with Scott Rudin set to produce. The film will reportedly be reminiscent of past Crowe films such as ‘Almost Famous’ and ‘Jerry Maguire’.
This just the latest in the bag for Bradley Cooper, who has steadily been gaining Oscar buzz for his latest film ‘Silver Linings Playbook’, which premiered at the Toronto International Film festival to critical acclaim and the People’s Choice award.
Stone, on the other hand, hasn’t had a movie since this past summer’s ‘Amazing Spider-man’, but is set to appear in the sequel. She’s had a busy couple of years so once can’t fault her for taking a bit of a break from filming and promotion.
